Living Max Hotel Zell am See, Zell am See

The hotel is in a great location, really close to the town center and the lake, making it super convenient for exploring. The rooms, while small, were clean and had everything I needed. However, the service at the reception could definitely improve, as there were moments when it felt a bit unwelcoming. Overall, the value for money is decent considering the amenities provided, but I think there’s room for improvement in a few areas.

The hotel offers a pleasant stay with modern decor and is conveniently located with easy access to the ski slopes and the town. The rooms are of average size and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment. The service provided by the staff was friendly and accommodating, particularly when it came to dining requests for families. However, there are some areas that could benefit from improvement, particularly the spa facilities and some aspects of the location.
